I'll interject here to say that: If you use it, it WILL make a big difference in your life. I myself (Mikey Ahdoot, a co-author) used to wake up at 11am and sleep at 3:30am for 5 years straight - I know the struggle of this first hand more than a lot of people.
And tweaking this habit can actually be easy and VERY doable in actually a few days - it's all about having the right strategy, which unfortunately is incredibly scattered until we compiled it all into this journal.
